Episode 16, Aviation Stories on Sky Talk Radio

In Episode 16 of Sky Talk Radio Aviation Stories features:

  • An amusing dive into some US History, A very fun look at the WAF and their interesting technique of holding down the tail of a Spitfire in preparation for takeoff.
  • Another Episode of How Come.  This time, what happens when your crew lays over in Vegas.  Yes you can get into some serious trouble when you have too much time on your hands in the city that never sleeps.  Another hilarious (but short) lesson of How Come, done the Sky Talk Way.
  • Air is Not Oxygen.  An interesting story of what happens when the wrong air is put on the airplane.  And of course this leads to another story about an interesting Hypoxia experiment that goes awry in our pre airline days.

Sky Talk Radio is the brain child of two commercial pilots that currently fly in the airline system.  No, we are not going to say the name of our airline because that will get someones shorts in a knot, and we just can’t have that.  We encourage and tell stories from all facets of aviation.    Not all podcast feature callers with their own funny airline stories.  We try to mix it up and feature stories, calls, and just plane interesting facts to keep it fresh.
